I'm a full time slime-maker, free-lance artist and Mum living in Surrey. My daughter introduced me to the slime community back in 2017 where I've happily been putting my creative skills to good use and loving every minute.

How my shop came about
My youngest fell in love with slime on Youtube and kept begging for the ingredients to make it. After the mysterious disappearance of household products like shampoo and hair gel and my daughter's growing collection of disastrous gloop in bowls I decided to get involved and investigate how to make slime "proper". Once we got hold of the right ingredients my daughter was elated with our first successful batch of slime. We made tonnes of the stuff using acrylic paints for colour from my art stash and her friends would come over eager to make and play with slime. We ended up putting slime in recycled pots for them to take home and the then the idea sprang up to sell slime online.
I designed the labels, ordered the pots and more ingredients, we thought up some exciting colours, scents and names and got cracking and I have been successfully selling slime on Etsy since 2017 racking up over 12,000 sales to date.
There's real therapy to be gained in creating slime and playing with it and as an adult I was surprised at how satisfying it was to handle. I have no idea why but it's very tactile and very rewarding. My personal favourite at the moment is cloud dough - a wonderful slime mixed with snow and has a lovely sizzly feel, smooth, spreadable, airy and just like a real bread dough only better.
